Made to Order

Every Lost Frame piece is made to order in small, limited batches — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be shipped. Because of this, please expect a delay: production typically takes approximately 3–5 weeks before your order ships.

Processing & Delivery

Once your order is produced, it ships out and you'll receive tracking. US shipping is a flat $8.95, arriving in 5–8 business days after shipment. International is a flat $34.95, arriving in 7–21 business days after shipment — duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Double-check your address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.
