No Returns or Refunds

The Lost Frame releases limited, one-off drops — once an item sells out, it's gone for good. Because of this, all sales are final: we don't offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for sizing or preference.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at thelostframe.co@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
